Of course it's easy, dickhead. Cast your mind back to your childhood and think of the first song that you REMEMBER hearing.
As said, mine is Lily the Pink, and I also remember that I was in the kitchen and my mother was making cakes.
I was 6.
I of course don't remember the first song I ever heard, which is what you seem to be confused by.

Good quiz question that. I've still got all my cassettes and video tapes hoping for the day that they will be worth as much as an original Picasso. I'll be long gone¬! DVD though it has to be said was a watershed moment for deaf bastards like myself. The advent of subtitles was a life changer although with music I still mishear lyrics like that Peter Kaye routine.

This might be be warming up to a printer thread.
Recall means to remember something.
If you can't remember a song, you can't by definition recall it.

It's not at all easy. I don't recall the first song I remember, and I doubt many adults do!

Re: The first song you remember?

It's not the first song you heard and have now forgotten, which would be tricky. It's the first song you remember. Very easy.

I defy anyone who claims to be able to recall the first song they remember. It will be gone in the midst of time and anyone who claims to recall the first song they remember is simply a liar!

It's easy, you have a think about it and then you remember the first song you remember. There's a clue in the question.

How the fuck is anyone seriously supposed to remember the first song they remember? It's like asking 'what is the first meal you remember?'
Stupid thread, stupid question.

The real reason they supressed 8-tracks, there.
We had one pickup truck with an 8-track player as a kid, you had to put this massive converter thing in to play cassettes in it.
I remember one 8-track left from my parents early years as well.
Something John Denver I think.
